Daniel grew up in rural Upstate New York with a clear sense of purpose: to make a real, lasting impact in people's lives. Early in his career, he earned his credentials as a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) — a rare dual-specialty that gave him an unusually deep foundation in behavioral health before he ever entered the ABA field.
He moved to New York City, earned a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2021. He holds active LBA licenses in nine states and serves as a consultant to multiple national ABA organizations on scalable service delivery and clinical infrastructure.
He founded Victory Lap ABA to deliver the kind of individualized, high-touch care he always believed families deserved — grounded in clinical precision, measurable outcomes, and genuine compassion.
