To the Families, Colleagues, and Supporters of Victory Lap ABA,
From the very beginning, Victory Lap ABA was more than a business, it was a promise. A promise to meet each child exactly where they are, to celebrate every step forward, and to walk alongside families through the meaningful, sometimes messy, always worth-it journey of growth.
It’s with a full heart that I share I’ve accepted a new opportunity as Director of Clinical Operations at iCare Therapy. This new role will allow me to expand my impact, support a broader network of clinicians, and continue advocating for high-quality, compassionate ABA services on a larger scale.
As Victory Lap ABA pauses services during this next chapter, I want to express my deepest gratitude to the families who welcomed me into their homes, trusted me with their children’s care, and allowed me to be part of their story. Every breakthrough, every milestone, every high-five, those moments are why this work will always matter to me.
Though the agency is on hiatus, the mission behind it isn’t going anywhere. The core belief that every child’s progress deserves a victory lap remains at the heart of who I am and how I lead.
Thank you for being part of this journey. I hope our paths cross again; in new roles, in new seasons, and in continued service to the children who inspire us to keep showing up and moving forward.
With sincere gratitude,
Daniel Guglielmo
